The Stronghold project

From Crisis to Confidence — Rebuilding Lives, One Step at a Time

At The Stronghold Project, we believe every survivor deserves more than survival — they deserve a future.
Our programs bridge the gap between trauma and transformation through healing, empowerment, and economic independence.
Each program below represents a step toward stability, purpose, and lasting change.

Our Pathways to Independence

Building Futures Through Compassionate Support

Every survivor deserves a path forward. Through trauma-informed care, skill-building, and community connection, we empower women to reclaim their independence and write their own stories of resilience.

Crisis Hotline

A lifeline when it matters most. Our trauma-informed 24/7 hotline will connect survivors to immediate safety resources, professional therapy referrals, and compassionate peer support—no judgment, just understanding.

Every call represents a moment of courage. We're building the infrastructure to honor that courage with expert, empathetic response and clear pathways to healing and stability.

Workforce Readiness & Apprenticeships

Economic independence transforms lives. Through our partnership with Actually Clean LLC, we offer survivors a clear pathway to sustainable income through DOL-recognized apprenticeships in professional housekeeping.

This isn't just job training—it's a comprehensive program that builds technical skills, professional confidence, and recognized credentials that open doors to long-term career stability and financial freedom.

Our Workforce Training and Development Program Impact

Building Sustainable Careers

These credentials represent more than technical skills—they symbolize resilience, dedication, and the power of second chances. Every graduate carries forward dignity, capability, and hope.

No Woman Should Have to Start From Zero

Every day, survivors in our community take the hardest step of their lives — walking away with nothing but their courage.
We’re building trauma-informed crisis support, Fresh Start Kits, and women-centered workforce programs that help them rebuild stability on their own terms.

When you give, you meet a woman at her starting line — and make sure she doesn’t stand there alone.
